MESSAGE FROM THE BOARD
The developer set up the CC&Rs (Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions) in conjunction with the State of Arizona in 1994. They outlined the governance of Bel Esprit by the Homeowners Association (HOA) to assure the continued integrity and appreciation of the community. However, our HOA needs to enlist the help of all owners and renters to keep our community a safe, beautiful, and desirable place to live by implementing our CC&Rs of 30 years. Owners and board members have made this Quick Reference Guide to some of the most important rules and regulations, minus the legalese. Please read them carefully and keep this as a handy reference.
